Rodbuzz – Terms and conditions

• Welcome to Rodbuzz cab company! By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or using our cab services.

1.) Rodbuzz “ refers to Rodbuzz cab company, the service provider.

• customer” refers to any individual or entity booking or using our cab service.

• Deiver” refers to the individual assigned by rodbuzz to provide transportation services.
• ⁠Service” refers to the transportation provided by rodbuzz through its fleet of cabs.

2.) Booking and Payment

• Booking Ride : All Bookings must through our website, or by contacting our customer service. Rodbuzz reserve the right to accept or decline any booking at its discretion.

•Payment: payment can be made via cash, Upi, phonePe, GooglePay, Payment, digital wallet as specified during booking. Full payment is due at the end of the trip unless otherwise agreed. Any additional charges (e.g, tolls, waiting time) will be added to the final fare.

• Pricing : Prices for Rides are based on Factors such as distance, time, and demand. You will be provided with an estimate before the begins.

Cancellation: customers may cancel a booking free of charge up to 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. A cancellation fee may apply if canceled after the driver has arrived or if repeated cancellation occur.

3.) Service terms

• Availability: services are subject to availability of drivers and vehicles.
Rodbuzz is not responsible for delays due to traffic or unforeseen
Circumstances.

4.) Fares and Charges


• Fare Calculation: Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and any additional charges (e.g., tolls, night surcharges). The final fare will be communicated at the end of the trip.


• Extra Charges: Waiting time beyond 10 minutes, additional stops, or damage to the vehicle caused by the customer may incur extra fees.

5.) Liability

• Lost Items: Rodbuzz is not responsible for items left behind in the vehicle. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in recovering lost property.
• Damage: Customers are liable for any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence or misconduct.
• Personal Safety: Rodbuzz is not liable for injuries or damages caused by factors beyond our control, such as accidents due to third parties or natural events.


6.) Driver Responsibilities
• Drivers are independent contractors or employees of Rodbuzz and are responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation. Rodbuzz ensures all drivers are licensed and meet local regulatory standards.

7.) Refunds and Disputes


• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method, subject to investigation of the claim.
• Any disputes must be reported to Rodbuzz customer service within 48 hours of the trip.


8.) Termination of Service
• Rodbuzz reserves the right to terminate or refuse service to any customer who violates these terms, engages in abusive behavior, or fails to make payment.


9.) Privacy

• Personal information provided during booking will be used solely for service purposes and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

10.) Driver Behaviour

• Professional Conduct: Drivers are expected to maintain a professional demeanor at all times, including politeness, punctuality, and respect toward customers.
• Safety Standards: Drivers must adhere to all traffic rules, ensure the vehicle is in safe working condition, and avoid reckless driving.
• No Harassment: Any form of verbal or physical harassment by the driver toward the customer is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the driver’s association with Rodbuzz.
• Substance Use: Drivers are forbidden from consuming alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substances before or during a trip. Violations will lead to strict action, including reporting to authorities if required.
• ⁠Feedback: customers are encouraged to report any inappropriate driver behaviour to Rodbuzz customer service for investigation and corrective action.

11.) Customer Behaviour
• Respectful Conduct: Customers must treat drivers with respect and refrain from abusive language, threats, or physical aggression.
• Vehicle Care: Customers are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the cab.
Eating, drinking (except water), smoking, or littering inside the vehicle is prohibited.
• Compliance: Customers must follow all instructions given by the driver regarding safety (e.g., wearing seat belts) and local laws.
• Prohibited Actions: Carrying illegal substances, weapons, or engaging in unlawful activities during the trip is strictly forbidden. Rodbuzz reserves the right to terminate the trip and report such incidents to the authorities.

12.) Amendments
• Rodbuzz may update these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website , and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.


13.) Governing Law
• These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Darbhanga,Bihar ].

Luggage and pets: passengers are allowed to bring a responsible amount of luggage. Pets may be allowed based on the vehicle’s capacity and our policies, please inform us in advance if travelling with large items or pets.

Vehicle Owner – “In the event of an accident involving the vehicle, whether resulting in injury or death of the passenger or driver, the vehicle owner will be solely responsible for any claims, losses, or damages arising from such incidents. Rodbuzz Cab Company will not bear any responsibility in such cases.”
